Nature Sings
Music is within you and all around you. When there's music flowing through you, the whole world can hear it.
Music is within you and all around you. When there's music flowing through you, the whole world can hear it.
When we observe any aspect of life, for example, your breathing, your heart beat, flowers, water ripples, rumbling spiraling tornadoes, your walking, the high frequency of your cellular phone's CPU. These cycles indicate a wave, a beginning and an ending, and then, a new beginning, something is moving, something is alive. The cycles of the Sun, the cycles of the Moon, the cycles of the seasons, the menstrual cycle, the cycles of life, birth, growing, maturing and dying.
These cycles indicate rhythm, repetition, vibration, aliveness, intelligence. We can easily imagine that the Sun and the Moon are playing the drum of our life's song. We can imagine the birds are contributing to this song. Each sound that you hear carries within huge important messages for you, this is the importance of tuning in with your senses and your intuition.
Conscious Music provides the tools and distinctions for you to immerse in a world of sounds. The intention is to make this a safe space created to express your music, to be a channel for music to come through.
The purpose of Conscious Music is that you move from thoughts from logic and reason to sounds and vibration, from verbal reality to non-verbal reality, to Synchronize your sounds with your intelligence and intentions, beyond words. Your being is built to experience all of the emotions expressed at 100%, you're built to live in an expansive world beyond reason and logic limitations.
Your challenge is to move from your rigid thoughts, to engaging in all of your senses. Thoughts, taste, smell, sounds, sight, touch, feelings, emotions, energy, and the qualities and spaces of the relationships you are in.
Modern culture, including our parents, school, government, work, churches, etc, have trained us to use our thoughts to give our power to an external authoritative figure, to perceive the world as good or bad, right or wrong. This way of perceiving the world creates great blinders for you to see anything beyond what you've been taught. It locks you in in your mind like a prison that you can't escape.
Conscious Music is an Archearchal Gameworld that challenges the current limitations of modern culture by initiating the participants into a shift of perspective where they get to experience that possibilities are everywhere.
You begin where you are because this is exactly and only where you can play your next note!
Doing this is not an easy thing to do in a world where we've been conditioned to be confined and controlled by our thoughts.
Participating in Music Thinking calls for Radical Reponsibility to stay in tune with your senses, with your center, with your energetic cordage of connection to the center of Earth, with your energetic bubble of space, with your feelings (fear, anger, sadness, joy). These feelings, guided by Love, become the fuel of your Music and your aliveness.
The practices and methods of Music Thinking develop your capacity to stay connected to yourself, to the world of sounds and vibrations, to non verbal reality, where there are nearly infinite more possibilities than in a world confined by logics.
In modern culture, we have been trained to avoid certain emotions and to seek others, it has been ingrained that some emotions are bad, such as anger, sadness, fear, and that some emotions are good, such as joy. We programmed ourselves to repress our emotions in order to survive the world where we live which punished or denied our emotional expression.
It's up to you to challenge this mandate. Can you imagine a way that you can redefine how you interact with your feelings and emotions, in a way that the feelings empower you, inform you and fulfill you, instead of your feelings draining your energy by outdated thoughtware.
You are able to update your Thoughtware by gaining useful distinctions that allow you to create a gap between your essence and the force that is trying to control you. Gently push the edges of your box and your own limitations. By updating your Thoughtware, you redefine your relationship with your feelings, you open up a whole world within you where you are capable of feeling, expressing emotions, decipher what is the message that the feeling is communicating, seeing beneath the layers of verbal conditioning in yourself and others.
Here is how to get over your Stage Fright. All of it. And move to Stage Delight.
Music Has Elements
Like the fingers in your hand, there are 5 elements of Music: Melody (index finger), Harmony (middle finger), Rhythm (anular finger), Silence (pinky finger) and Love (Thumb). Distinguishing these five elements opens up worlds that allow you to become conscious of qualities in music that were invisible before.
One Note at a time.
The leader, the story main character, the traveler, individuality, personal, focus.
What causes dismelody? Lack of purpose. Low vibration/voltage. Lack of understanding of role. Judgements towards yourself and others. Fear of stage, stage fright.
3 or more Notes at a time.
The theory of harmony. Harmonics, what sounds good together, combining 3 or more notes to create a sound. Harmony backs up the melody. The melody dances and inspires the harmony.
Work group. Alchemy. How our frequencies can work together. Harmony. Disharmony. What causes disharmony.
Next time you're in a situation of disharmony, raise your middle finger to call for harmony.
Combinations of sounds and silence.
The rhythm is the backbone of Music, is the consistency, the precision, the movement, the platform for Music to feel alive.
Circles, loops, rings, commitment, platform, safety, patterns.
Before the beginning, the end, pauses.
Before the beginning there was silence, before a song starts playing there's silence, after a song is done playing, there's silence. In between the notes and sounds being played, there's silence. Combinations of sounds and silences have the potential to create Groove, which is a palpable change in the energetic field that can be perceived by those around it.
Without love, Music doesn't come to life.
Music has the power to change the way we feel, think and act. Music has the power to move masses of people in one rhythm.
The power to create Music is within you. In order to bring your Music to life and for your music to be a regenerative catalyst of change. Love is the intelligent force that makes this possible.
Love, not as in romantic love, or platonical love, or obsession love. Love as the force that has the power to bridge possibilities, love as the force that can transform anything into something else.

Play a music playlist in the background that greases up your joints and muscles. You can start with your breathing intending to increase intensity in your experience, let your body move freely, any movement is good, let your body guide your movements. Start on four legs at first to have more grounded balance, this allows you to measure your capacity for intense experience.
Use your breathing to bring intensity to your experience, dragon breathing, breathing from the diafragm, fire breathing, breathe fire into your being. Let the energy, sensations, tingles, activate your body.
Let the sounds out with your voice, activate your voice and sounds from your throat. Let the breathing, the movements and sounds move freely without any constraint other than movement. Let the breathing, sound and movement sync in when they do. Focus on intensity, oxygenating the body, bring tension and relaxedness to all the muscles in your body.
Do this for 15 minutes. If 15 minutes sound challenging, start where you're at, build up your stamina to stand in high intensity experiences. Open the top of your head, your crown, let the thoughts come and go don't hold on to them, if you have to rest, rest, come to a halt, continue breathing, if and when you feel the energy to continue then continue.
You get extra points of you make a video of your experiment, publish it online and share it with us.
The fire breathing is intense rapid diafragm pushes with your mouth pouted out like a monkey lips, your tongue on the roof of your mouth, jaw relaxed.
The cooling breathing, when you come into a halt, a rest from the intensity, take a deep breathe, then release it as slowly as you can, then when your empty and feel the urge, take another deep breathe.
The fire breathing and cooling breathing work together, one allows you to go deeper into the other.
Let the elements of fire, air, earth and water be inspiration to move your body and make sounds. For example, if you're feeling stiff and sore in your body, you could tune in with the earth element as a starting point. You might feel sad, tune in with the water in your body, let your body move like the water.
Think of samurais practicing their movements, dancing with their own shadow. You might see shapes and fractals guiding your movements. Breathe fire to generate voltage, with your intention channel this voltage into the places in your body that call for healing, this is an energetic surgery.
You might find as you gain more voltage that things start becoming more clear, use this clarity to spark up your emotional body, let yourself feel all the way whatever you're feeling, keep the crown open unattached to thoughts or reason, let clarity naturally emerge as you continue moving, breathing and making sounds. The sounds can be words, but they can also be sounds.
Do this experiment at your own risk, at least once a day for 15 minutes, for a week. Write down in your Beep! Book about your experiences. If you feel like continue doing it after a week, that's great.

For the next month or two, become super aware of the music that is playing around you. If there's none, listen a bit more. If still there's none, imagine it, then, bring it to life by tapping into it, by humming, by clapping, tapping your foot, snapping your fingers, tapping your chest. See how many ways you can find to make sounds you can make at the same time, starting slowly, one by one, to bring your music to life.
Write down in your beep!book about your experience. Share your findings and treasures with your Music Thinking Team, or band members.
